• Check into hotel and process to Vaishnodevi Darshan.
• Take a halt at Adhkwari Temple and darshan at Baba Bhaironath Temple is recommended.
• This temple is situated on the top of the hill. To visit this temple one has to hire a pony or travel by foot.
• On your hike, you can take halts for breakfast and refreshments at the small shacks and food joints.
• Seek blessing at Mata Vaishno Devi temple and indulge in the spiritual environment.
• After darshan, start trekking down and you will reach the hotel by late night
• Have an overnight stay at the hotel.

• After spending some moments of relaxation, proceed to experience a soothing shikara ride. Unique in its own way, Dal Lake captures the sight of all with its ever-charming beauty and floating market.
• Later, proceed towards the Hotel Followed by a hearty dinner, • Enjoy a pleasurable overnight stay.
• Transfer to the Jammu Airport/ Railway Station to continue your onward journey.

- Rates may fluctuate with any change in services/hotels. The difference in the cost shall be borne by the client in case of any amendment in the package due to an increase in the number of guests.
- The hotels are subject to their availability. In case they are not available, the travelers will be accommodated in a property of similar standard.
- Vacation Kart reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary due to any kind of disturbance that occurred (i.e weather condition, political condition or any others) without changing the total number of days and without compromising any service.
- All entry tickets for stupas, monasteries, sightseeing, state and entry fees, monument entrances, camera charges, etc. are not a part of the package.
- Any personal expenses or items of personal nature will not be included in the package. Any meals or transfers not mentioned in the itinerary are to be considered an exclusion in the deal.
- Any kind of drink (alcoholic, aerated, or mineral water) is not included in the package cost.
- Usage of the swimming pool is strictly according to government guidelines.
- Any breakage or damage of any items in the resort will be charged at actuals.
- ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid address proof.
- Guidelines issued by the State-Government is to be followed. Social distancing to be maintained. Frequent hand sanitization and use of mask recommended.
- Children above 5 years of age will be considered as adults only. There are no charges for children below 5 years of age.
- Rescheduling Policy for Private (Standard & Deluxe Package) & Group Bookings: 1) If rescheduling is made 7 days after the Booking Date till 15 days prior to the Date of Travel then 30.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as rescheduling fees. | 2) If rescheduling is made 0 days to 15 days before the Date of Travel then 100.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees. | 3) If bookings are made 15 days before the Date of Travel no rescheduling & modifications will be made.
- Rescheduling Policy for Private (Super Deluxe) & Hotel Specific Bookings: No modification or Rescheduling will be catered. A standard cancellation policy will be applicable for such cases.
- Force Majeure: In cases of force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseeable circumstances), [Vacation Kart] reserves the right to reschedule Tours & treks or offer alternative itineraries to ensure the safety and well-being of clients and staff.
- Cancellation After Rescheduling: Clients who reschedule their tours or treks but later decide to cancel will be subject to our standard cancellation policy. Any rescheduling fees paid will be non-refundable.
